How we work
One week. We sit with the people who do the work, map the real problem, and hand you a fixed plan: what we'll build, what it costs, when it ships.
Working software, not a demo at the end. You steer weekly, so the thing we ship is the thing you actually need.
You get the code, the docs, and the keys. Run it yourself, or keep us on retainer to operate and extend it. Either way, no lock-in.
